Professionals wanted.

We require an experienced, reliable and hard working individual who is physically able to cope with the ongoing workload throughout the summer months for an expanding garden landscaping and fencing business situated within Birmingham and surrounding area's. This role will be on a self employed basis only and will not guarantee full/part time working hours. At times, some weeks will be more demanding than others. General gardening will mainly be required during peak season and this will include grass cutting, hedge cutting/weeding etc. which will be a set hourly rate. Bigger jobs (such as landscaping and fencing) will be paid on a set price and will be negotiated before the job is commenced. The minimum requirements for this job role are:

Must have own tools
Transport and full uk driving licence. (Preferably own/use a van)
Qualifications are desired but not essential
Experience of more than 2 years within the trade is needed in:
(Fencing, Decking, Small tree work, Returfing, Slabbing, Patios, Shed Installation, Landscaping)
Public liability insurance cover will eventually be required but not essential on job startup
Must pay own self employment taxes
